Thank you oh so very much to everyone.
we've all worked super hard and yesterday, when you all managed to lift me up so quickly, I felt really happy for you all. You girls managed it so quickly (yay !)

And we are one family,
with strong hearts, strong minds,
which will give us super strong bodies.
so I'm just super proud of all of you.
